I don't think we have any professional players. Hennes is the strongest player here I think.

Just realized arun wrote my "name" wrong in almost every post :p

depends on how you define professional, I guess. I'm the strongest chess player on wl that I know about (szewiningen are the only one who have been on about the same level).

With regards to that Henns I feel sort of insulted

While the fact that I was banned might seem dodgy, I never used any opening books or engines at all in the games I played against you guys

I welcome anyone on chesscube to play in 3 or 5 minute games to prove that point. My only complaint with chess.com is that it was very unhandy and difficult to set up realtime games with friends.

Me and szweningen played dozens of games together realtime (10 min from his choosing) of which I also won the majority - 60-40%.

Aranka, earlier you said you did use opening books, which "wasn't against the rules."

my score against szeweningen is 24W/3L/3D I think all 3 losses were multi-day :p (so winning 6/10 in real-time don\t really impress me ;))
as for you aranka I simply doesn`t know if you were actually cheating or not, all I know is you got banned (for cheating)so I\ve no good way to know your strength, it were never my intention to insult you.. anyway I'd love to play some real-time games with you :)

For professional players I mean someone who has Fide Elo (or a national one) and take (or took) part in real tournaments ;) No need to be a master or someting like that.

By the way, playing with books is not funny, you need to have the info in your head :D

well in that case I\m a professional player, even a master based on my rating :)

If you are a master that means that you have +2200 fide elo (maybe more if you are a FM, IM o GM), then you are better than me :P (+2100)

I was never FIDE rated, but had a US rating of 1900 years ago. I wouldn't be rated that high today, and my only shot at beating a FIDE 2100 would be realtime 5min (I only play speedchess these days)
