#13 never works for me. I always find that I am the only one that ever votes to boot, and even if I manage to get my team to do it, the other team never will. It's just plain better to count down in public chat to the time you can boot the person without voting. This will definitely NOT go unnoticed, and is more likely to have a better impact.
