I've just changed phones, and it's been a bit of a nightmare to be fair.

To add to my woes, i can't remember my password to access the game after installing the app on my new phone.

Ive asked for a password reset to be sent to my email address, but nothing has appeared.

I'm just wondering if it's broken, or I've forgotten what email i registered with(it may have been a very old one which i stopped using many years ago).

Can anyone offer guidance at all?

As an addendum I'm pretty sure, now that i tbink about it, that there is an email address attached to my profile which iss the current one :i should explain:somehow I'm still able to use the app on my old phone (and write this message) even though the sim card is now in the new one!

Would it be worth, thinking now, to try and change my email address while i can still access the game?

Just checked settings.

My email is the one i wish it to be(ie that i can access), but when i tao the change password tab it asks for the old password..

At least now i know the email reset hasnt been sent:ive checked my inbox, plus the junk folder, and i can't see how it could have been successfully sent without me knowing about it.

I believe there might be a bug with password reset system where it send the mail to the email used to create the account, instead of the email thats currently linked (tho this would only apply if you ever changed your email).

Besides that, I dont think there is much you can do except for reach out to the Fizzer personally (Menu > Help > Contact) and asking him to reset your password to something.
