I passed a few dozens levels as a guest, reaching "Someone stole my oil", but my browser crashed and I've been reset. I assume there was no local storage for the data, but can I at least skip levels?

No, not really....

There game will give you an option to skip a level if you fail often and hard enough, but i'm not sure when that actually triggers. For the earlier levels its definitely faster to just replay them.
