I generally start digs from my PC, but the last couple of times I've done a dig from through the Warzone app the dig list is not under the mine tab. I have to click on the territory or bonus with a dig site to be able to start a dig. Is the dig list somewhere else on the App?

No. its in the exact same place. reload the app done

I have seen this a couple of times, but going back to levels page then back to map usually fixes it.
