Fizzer removes clans every now and then. The totally dead ones with 0 membership...
Actually I do not know how many clans are inactive, but if some have 0 active players, why not give them to new active players for free, or at least a discount? I do not know if Fizzer has this power, but that could solve 2 problems: inactive clans, and give a second chance to people removed from their clan.
