and percentage of the times you got booted 50% or less.

Not sure direct boot less than auto is a good idea in a 4 team game. That will certainly result in some complaining when it happens.

Everyone starts with a one day bank, so if almost half a week isn't enough to take your turn, then there's nothing to complain about, if you get booted. After all you only turn into an Ai, so you can still continue playing

I think that your boot limit is WAY too small. I'd never join into a 10 player team with noobs with a boot rate more than 20% (or even 15%)

I didn't want too hard prerequisites. I just wanted to sort out the people where it's obvious they won't stay. But I already played some good games with people with a boot rate of 40% and higher, so why not let them join?

Yeah, Id apreciate to play 1 vs 1 with sb that has 40% boot rate, but in a team game I wouldnt be so happy. 40% boot rate doesnt mean that he will get booted for sure. But it is a clear sign that he doesnt respect other players in almost HALF of his games. And that is why playing with such people doesnt make sense - usualy wins the team which has the least such loosers insted of the one that plays the best. And I dont want to invest my time in game that can be lost only because some morons from my team cant make a move once a three days. What is more - such loosers with high boot rate regularlly got booted on first turns, so you have to play a very long game then with the annoying feeling that your position is alreday lost. And what is most important - luckily there arent many idiots with such a big boot rates so i think that you can easily lower taht prequisite.

Yeah, you're kinda right. I think next time I'll set it a bit lower. Although I have no problem with playing with some AI's, as long as it's still fun.
