There would be no Hamas anymore if Israel ends the occupation ends the blockade of Gaza and dismantles illegal settlements build in the West Bank.
But because of offensives in to Gaza from Netanyahu which killed 66% civilians, makes the Palestinians more radical and which makes more Palestinians support Hamas.
Before the offensive Hamas had a approval rating of 41% and after the offensive 61%.
