Google will no longer direct you to a Confederate flag if you type in "confederate flag" in shopping.

So Google doesn't like selling Confederate flags. But wait. Change "confederate" to "Natzi". Well apparently you can buy a flag that embodies the hatred of jews, homosexuals, communists, slavics and anybody not Aryan but you can't buy a flag that embodies southern pride to most people in america on Google. F*** google and f*** political correctness. We are censoring ourselves from the confederate flag but not the mf natzi flag. dafuq

Microsoft has banned all games on the app store that has to do with the civil war. wtf. Is it too politically incorrect to sell a game about the civil war? Yet anybody can buy a game about WWll which was much more horrible that the civil war.

Why don't we just ban the teaching of the Civil war because "the civil war is politically incorrect". Why don't we just ignore that the civil war or that slavery ever happened? And then the Rascists will have completely covered up their horrible past.

Now because of Charleston, Gettysburg took down some items for sale because they showed the Confederate flag or represented the confederacy.

This is GETTYSBURG! The turning point of the AMERICAN CIVIL WAR, and they're taking away items that represent a historical battle and it's combatants.

Cases like this are why I defend the right of people to fly the Confederate flag despite the fact that I don't even own one, because I know that political correctness never really stops. It just keeps getting more insane.

I haven't read through most of this thread but here's my two cents.

If you're going to ban the confederate flag because it's offensive to Americans then you have to ban the other flags that offend other people.

I'm not American so I don't get all defensive over the flags or have the patriotism that Americans have for their flag BUT it seems their only thinking of one side, their own.

Although I do agree that you should ban it begin flown on government buildings.
