Ignoring all the pro-Nazi and anti-Nazi stuff because its besides the point:
We all have blacklisted Sun God, as far as I know. It doesn't stop him from reporting us or going into games where we are and reporting us. For people saying Fizzer can tell the difference between a frivolous report and a serious one: with all due respect for Fizzer, it can be hard to tell the context of a situation based on reports or the actions of one game. Hell, from where Fizzer is standing, it might look like Reinhardt is harassing Sun God, rather than the other way around. I can't tell what's going on in Fizzer's head and neither can you. That's why we're making a forum post to try and get some clarity.
Here is the facts of the situation: Sun God hates our clan and is constantly harassing it and the people in it. I personally don't have much of a problem with it because I stay out of open games and I have him blacklisted, so he can't really get at me. Other people in this clan, like Reinhardt, interact with him whether they like it or not and they can't avoid his constant reporting. I don't know how many times he's reported us but from what Sun God has said he's reported various members dozens of times. He threatens to sic big clans or their leaders on us, although I don't know what they would do. He spams chat with dozens of useless messages so that no one else can converse. There was a forum thread made 1 or 2 years ago, before he met us, just based on how annoying he was. I don't care if anyone takes action or not against Sun God: he has a right to do what he wants, no matter how much of a dick he is. That's not against the law or the rules of Warlight. I just want to make sure my clanmates aren't banned from frivolous reports again.

And Drackoe, that whole bio is a joke. If you can't tell that it's a joke, then I honestly don't know what to say to you.

Is there a possibility that you have a spy in your group that is passing him game links? Because to think that he has some special ability to find your unique game links on his own guesswork strains credulity.

As for public games that he just happens to join with your clanmates in them, I would suggest your clanmates just refrain from objectionable chat from any point of context.

When it comes down to it, he's just trying to intimidate you and get in your heads....and...it's...working.

That's pretty much the result of what you've said. There is no win or lose in this. There is Sun God unjustly reporting someone and that person getting temp-banned. And living in fear of being reported by him whenever we talk about objectionable chat, regardless of whether he's taken part in it or not, would be giving him the "win". So why would we do that? Sun God should just learn to not be a nuisance and leave us be. We want nothing to do with him and would be pleased if we never interacted with me again. There is no pseudo battle going on here. Our friend is temp-banned because of Sun God. That is cold hard fact. I'm not even sure Sun God has the brain power to be intimidating.

Sometimes people decline games, and the host doesn't have anyone else on his mind to invite anymore. So the logical approach is to just make those slots open seats. Well guess who joins those open seats? And guess what else? You can't remove people who have already joined. You can also bet that whenever we ask him to leave because we don't want him with us because of problems, he begins his daily chanting of "IM GONNA REPORT YOU FVCKERS FOR HARASSMENT!!!1!1! IM GONNA GET THE BIGGEST AND BADDEST CLANS TO KILL YOU IN ALL GAMES!!!11!!!1" and so forth.

Sun God has proven himself time and time again to be a cancer to the people of WarLight. The thing that is Sun God has brought nothing but trouble and problems for me and my friends, and him being gone and us having nothing to do with him ever again would make us oh so very happy. Claiming that this is just a pseudo trick he's pulling to get into our heads does nothing but waste our time in having to constantly re-explain to you guys that it is an actual problem when people start getting banned because he doesn't know when to stop and go away.

Rein only thinks he's temp-banned.

Rein is banned because he behaved in an offensive manner. I think I might have covered that when I said:

Listen bud, if you don't get it by now, you're not going to get it. All you're doing at this point is giving the forums the impression that everyone in your clan is as clueless as you (which I highly doubt).

Step 1: Blacklist Sun God (you did it! hooray!)

Step 2: Stop bothering Fizzer (please?)

Step 3: Stop bothering us (Pretty, Pretty Please with a Cherry on Top?)

So here's where I think the issue lies: you can't agree on whether Sun God's report was frivolous.

The thing is, WL's rules are way more restrictive than most people seem to realize. Hell, I got a warning from the system for saying "fuck" in a game. So it looks like Sun God is just taking advantage of this discrepancy (to be a jerk, imo) and not making reports that are actually frivolous, as the system is well-set-up (for an indie game) to discourage and handle those.

I don't think there's anything you can do beyond just blacklisting Sun God like the rest of us.

Seriously, how many times have we had to say this? Blacklist stops us from seeing his chat. It does not stop him from seeing our chat. Sun God refuses to Blacklist us. So what do we do? Rein was unjustly banned. Anything that Rein may have said directly to Sun God at any time was after Rein had received a warning of how he had been unjustly reported by Sun God when Rein was talking with someone else in our clan, a clan that talks trash to one another all the time.

We've also been over this as well. Fizzer has been messaged, yet we don't hear anything. Do we just sit down and continue to get banned? No, we make ourselves noticed through the forums so then Fizzer will see and most likely do something about it.

No one asked you to speak, we would very much prefer if you were to leave. You click one the forum, you read the stuff, you responded. If you don't like it, sucks for you.

Rein behaved in no offensive manner what so ever. If we ever feel offended in any way, we have big boy pants, and can very well report Rein ourselves.

You clearly don't know how the blacklist works, so I would do a fact check on who is clueless. Like seriously, do we just get banned and do nothing about it? What we do and say amongst ourselves is a sign that we are so friendly that we can say such things to ourselves without getting butthurt about it. We don't have time or room for people like you or Sun God to come and butt in. Sun God knows we don't like him or want him around us, but he comes just to cause trouble. We're not just gonna sit around and do nothing when we're being attacked. If you find it okay for what Sun God is doing, then you have no place here.

He's my friend and I'm not gonna stop playing with him because of some occasional objectionable RP. You're making assumptions based off literally nothing. Like... you can't make a judgement off a bio you don't even pretend to understand. There's nothing even confrontational about it.

We don't bother anyone not in the Circle. For the most part, we make games for our clan and stick to our little group. Only a few people in it even play open games. Sure, we cuss a lot and we talk shit and we declare war on each other, whatever. We don't bother anyone. We just want to be left alone. Its silly to tell us to change when no one benefits from that change. First you tell us to man up and not let Sun God win, and then you tell us to shut up and let Sun God win?

The vast majority of the Circle doesn't mess with the other denizens of Warlight, and the only ones who appear to be pissed off are Sun God and some oversensitive whiners on this thread. Sun God joins open games, acts like a 2 year old, spams chat, goes PE everywhere he goes, and bothers Fizzer with endless frivolous reporting. Who's the real villain here?

I have a hard time believing that Fizzer hasn't responded.

One of our members had been temp-banned, presumably for changing his profile to a panda wearing a Nazi uniform and his tagline to "Heil Fizztler"- he messaged Fizztler- I mean, Fizzer- about it and got his ban taken care of (and of course, he fixed his profile).

In any case, I think that's the clearest solution to your problem. Regardless of what Sun God did, either Rein was breaking the rules (and risking a ban) or he wasn't (it's pointless to debate whether it was "offensive" to any particular person or common behavior within your clan as that doesn't really pertain to WL's policies).

So, since Fizzer might not have noticed it (probably busy with sockets) and since he's probably active right now (latest comment was 32 minutes ago), I'll message him about it myself and see if it helps.

I remember once that Fizzer did specifically say impersonating historical figures is not a bannable offence, nor is roleplaying as their ideology, as they are history, and to ban history would be to deny it ever happened.
