An illuminating fantasy map with castles, temples, villages, ports, and freely navigatable waterway.

Wow - this map is excellent! Although it takes a minute or two for your eyes to adjust to see what is water and what is not, it does not become an issue. Maps where single territories carry significant bonuses frequently demand a deeper strategy, and New Realm is no exception.
One of the nicer surprises is that the AI is halfway decent on this map. Generally, the AIs only do well on linear, single-pathway maps, but for some reason I am too shallow to fathom, there are a select few where they can put up something of a challenge.
Congratulations to unicorn7 on a quality addition to Warlight!

I like the special territory names the most it give a genuine world to the map.

Great map. There are some dead ends where armies get trapped and this helps make the game tedious at the end.

This map has a lot going on. Rather than focusing on getting the larger bonuses, the player must obtain all the cities and ports to control the board. The ocean tiles add a nice touch, though I do have a slight problem with them. They're difficult to understand which ones they connect to. Personally, I'd prefer smaller ocean tiles with spaces in between, so then you could add little docks and things like that. The background art is nicely done.
It could use a little touching up, but all in all, it's a pretty good map. Escpecially for being a first map. One thing to add is that I love your fantasy style and I really hope you continue on that path. You could make a really great map someday and I look forward to seeing more of you!

I played this map on a game set up by the creator of this map him/herself, the map is very well constructed with an extensive amount of chokepoints and unique locations and connections that allows fun gameplay that I never got tired of playing through, great job Unicorn7

Good solid map. Big enough for a longer game, and no real issues with connections, and the names are interesting, I would challenge you to find a different way to represent the water pieces, because I don't think of circles when I think of water, the only circles I think of with water are air bubbles.
