There are a few instances of territories connecting, but not being shown that they can connect. Territories that physically touch are assumed to connect, but territories that don't touch are assumed to not connect. So I would draw some more connection lines on the map.

thanks for the report, in fact there is no line between Italia and Epirus, I didn't notice it, I will correct as soon as possible

Several over-see connectors are missing, causing weird surprises if you didn't notice beforehand...
