Aha, yes. Luckily I think only 5 people actually experienced the Achilles one, and he didn't change much, beyond transferring MR, and I remember distinctly he changed your title to "Ephialtes".

But yeah, Achilles was contained decently. No one even really knew it happened until I brought it up (specifically Kazuki's decision to restore Achilles' MR) as a reason for resigning and leaving.

Hence no more people will get MR anymore ^

We have enough people with them, if not too much. Nothing compared to the Wolves... I still have their screenshot showing a list with about 10 people on it.

THREAD successfully derailed

I really hope cade takes our advice and removes the useless in the falcons. If you want that clan to rise to glory then you must push past the useless dam hierarchy. Please, change the public opinion of the falcons. Become the leader warlight and your clan will remember as the man who changed the clan for the better, become the legend you should be

I was looking at both threads when I tried to respond and wrote a mixed reply (sorry). I'll just post it here from the other thread (thread title: "The Grandest of Wake Up Calls")...

I'm not a big diplo player, so I don't know most of the Falcons, but I can honestly say that when I first joined about a year ago, it seemed like the Falcons were active in the forums and a variety of game types. I really haven't seen or heard from them in a long time. That's neither positive nor negative - merely that it seems they were way more active in the WarLight community than they have been lately.

Regarding what you said about clan leadership, I mostly agree. The leader is the cultivator and guardian of the clan culture - above anything else. I've got a pretty good little group of players and haven't really had any problems. However, if anyone significantly made problems, I would totally boot. It's not about making people happy... clan membership is voluntary... if someone wants to change things away from the vision or make a bunch of unnecessary rules and stuff, the leader has got to handle it in his or her own way, but it has to be handled for the sake of the clan.

I read the other thread. It seems like Cade wants to do the work to make a difference. With that resolve and some patience, he could really make things happen.

I hope The Royal Falcons make a great comeback and grow well.

A couple falcons are fun to talk or play with, another couple is rather annoying, and then there's a bunch of them that I've never seen, mostly inactives.

I enjoy Colonel's ranting on the forums (sometimes I am saddened to say I agree, sometimes it's just flat out funny), but I guess he's pretty much dead weight for TRF in general. He does have some enthusiasm, though, so if someone could beat some sense into him that all that hierarchy thing sucks, pretty sure he'd be useful.
