RULES

1. Instead of a PE system, there is a „trust-point“ system (called TP)

2. Every player starts with 1 TP

3. For every turn you are not at war (or are fighting) you gain 1 TP (this also counts for PEs who can redeem themselves this way)

4. Declaring war costs you 1 TP, 2TP if you order your attacks the turn you have declared war (you have to tell that in your declaration)

5. Attacking without declaration costs you half your TP (round up), but at least 2 TP

6. Having 0 or less TP makes you PE until you regain your points

7. Attacking a PE does not cost you TP, but does not give you TP for the turn also

8. A TP list for every turn has to be posted in the forum thread (please do this if the host has no time or seems to have forgotten)

9. Eliminating a player costs you 5 TP

Scenario sucks.

First three teams have over ten times as much income as everyone else combined....

Pretty innovative concept and very good detail to history. I have a few things to say.

First, this is probably the worst (or most tedious) map to do a 1905 game. Use this map for 476to~1800, anything else is pretty awful without loads of rebonus. Second, in just Europe and nearby (or whatever you call this map's scope), here is what I think on the international power scale in 1905:

Also, do keep the game pretty balanced. My thumb rule is that the most incomeful player should never be more than 3x strong as the weakest player - higher the base income if you need to make this rule realise.

Thank you for critique, i re-balanced the map for 1905 GDP figures. Sweden, Denmark and Norway on par with Russia is just wrong so i will never do that. My specialty is historical template-making, not balance. ;)
