wierd these forum rules where you can say anything racist, fascist, heinous, bigoted, and get away with it. But a suggestive harmless picture is a no go. I'd do it the other way around.

on french gaming forums, if you troll one tenth of what people do here, you get instant ban. But erotic and funny threads are encouraged :)

Fizzer arbitrarily bans people who don't deserve it and vice versa, often delays the ban of some people who really do deserve one.

Well, he did deserve the ban to be honest, but not for such a minor thing. If it was for that, he'd have gotten permanently banned ages ago.

I agree with how you handled this.

I don't even want to read any thread that he has posted in for fear that his image might be cartoon child porn which is criminal to intentionally possess in the US where I live in.

I just want to point out that, as long as no actual minor was involved in the production of the cartoon, such images are actually legal in the US (as far as I can tell, but I'm not a lawyer, so grain of salt...). So, I believe your fears over the legality of this for your situation (note, I'm saying nothing of the morality of it) are unnecessary.

Again, I believe it's legal in the US (as long as no actual minors are involved); but Sweden would potentially be a better example.

There is no reason sexually-explicit material needs to exist on Warlight, which is not a pornography site. There is a lot of reasons for anything banned in US/EU/Russia/Japan/Australia to be banned on WL.

Yes, I made too broad a statement. However, if you check the link in my previous comment, you'll see that 18 USC 1466A has had some portions of it overturned, so it is more of a 'grey area' than 'certainly illegal'. But yes, it's not worth debating the fine-grained details of it on a forum like this.
