I've removed the regional split and moved the flags near the countries instead to conserve space.

I'd recommend keeping the capital bonuses actual clickable bonuses. There are lots of territories, and it's not that easy to find them

Doesn't Yugoslavia's flag have a star in the center? Or was that after World War Two?

It's after the Soviet occupation, prior to it Yugoslavia was a kingdom and had this flag.

if this includes Turkey(it probably will), I can also help on that part.

Looking forward on this map, it'll be one of the most in-depth Europe maps in WL.

I plan on using Google Maps and name the territories on the largest city in them, but I would also appreciate help!

Krakow and Kiev should be 'large cities'.
You should also add the Saarland as a League of Nations territory.

*Sigh* I'm afraid I might have to cancel the map. When I reached 2300 territories, the memory cap had been reached and I still to add 500-600 more terrritories. There were no excess objects or pictures on the file, so my only option was simplyfing. When I did that the map turned to this:

https://www.warlight.net/Play?PreviewMap=51583

The territory borders are completely messed up especialy in Slovakia and if I try to fix them (which will also be tedious and time-consuming) the map will start reaching the cap again and I probably won't be able to fit the remaining territories in aswell. The flags and bonuslinks are pretty messed up, I guess, but they are easily fixed.

Is there a way of undoing the simplyfing or another effective way to conserve space?

Leaving out Spain would be an option i approve of. The Spanish Civil War is better off in a WW2 Europe map anyway. ;)

It is for me so troubling to see that 1 simple decision can smash an entire map into bits. Using the simplifying tool on inkscape is the biggest error you made. The simplifying tool, contradicting to what other people think, simply doesn't lower your svg capacity but instead increases. This tool in my words is just a huge disaster, yet only a few people realise this. various mapmakers on the forum already had grumbled their complaints on this subject. And what is the purpose of the tool? Simplifying paths on inkscape only will make your map look more terrible from view and will waste your time.

Listen, I hope you have a previous version of this map still saved on your computer because this is not the method how lowering capacity works. If you really want to decrease capacity then I suggest you a professional svg optimizer. You can visit one here: https://petercollingridge.appspot.com/svg-editor

Simplifying tool works great for reducing circular objects. I do not use it for anything else.

I don't sadly, since when I simplified I didn't notice the change in the territories, because of the background and so I saved it and I don't think there is a way to revert to the state prior to saving.

Depressing indeed. I suggest redrawing big parts of the map again if you want to continue your goal. The main disadvantage is time however.
