Am/PM is a retard unit, 1-24 is way easier to understand.

Other retard units countries insist to use:
- Inches, feet, yards, miles
- Pounds, lbs
- Gallons
- Fahrenheit

I personally believe Taiwan is independent but I cba to find another china image.

for the record, when AM or PM is omitted, it's considered default that the hour is in 24 format.
