Please. I am begging you. I have 6 games that have one person who will wait to play until the hour before getting booted... every. single. time.

Yeah I hate those people with lives who wait to take their turns and don't take them within five minutes of them occurring like the socially rejected shut-in me.

i know, it's annoying when you have to be in a game with people who have things other than warlight going on in their lives and insist upon balancing the time commitments for all those things as part of what one would assume to be a more varied existence, right?

it leaves some feeling inadequate in comparison, one would imagine ;)

but, is there much need in balancing commitments when warlight does not balance out to real life?

Anyways, I mostly play fast, but some tough games I will take my time to think, and if the opponent is rude about it, it's not gonna make me play faster I guarantee it. If you have 3 days for booting, then you have 3 days to play. If you want faster games play RT.

But sometimes (even though I don't have a life) I wait to take my turns anyway. As long as I'm not about to get booted and as long as I'm not the sole player the others are waiting on, I could delay for a couple days sometimes.

The game has to live up to its name, Robin :)

Only play games with autoboot, and a sufficiently short boot time.

Alternately, play with people who are regularly online.

I can't understand why anyone plays games with autoboot. If noone wants someone to get booted, then why should they be booted?

It deters people from taking to long.
