Zeph, I recommend using Privite notes on a players profile after blacklisting with a short reason why, helps with remembering later, otherwise you have to go back into the last game played and try and remember why, if it ever comes up...

Also keeps yourself accountable, if I can't write a good reason, then it could just be that I'm annoyed about the game, than the player.
