This is broken, i've noticed that when there are games such as https://www.warlight.net/MultiPlayer?GameID=11614986 with negative sanction cards. The ai will play them on the enemy team!

This effectively helps the opposing team out, it should be that the computer recognise if the sanction card is negative or postive and play accordingly on the player with the highest income in the game.

I thought AI's weren't supposed to use cards if there was someone on their team that could use them, and they weren't over the limit...

In this case the AI moved last because it took over after a boot and there were still cards necesarily to play.

The AI API doesn't communicate the sanction card percentage, so the AI can't recognise that the number is negative.

The worst example of this was the 5v1 MA that 1416 rigged.

but there weren't cards necessary to play, card cap is 999, and they only get 15/turn/player
that's 75/turn and the lowest requires 3, that would mean 25/turn at best, if the minimum's weren't in place. which would mean it would take 40 turns for a card to need to be used, and it is only turn 11.
the AI doesn't need to use cards, and I thought it didn't if it had human allies unless it needed to.

You didn't rig it squiggles, and it was pretty funny, but that was the worst example of negative sanction cards and AI

Who needs AIs when nobody literally reads the percentage of a sanction card before they play it? I've seen many examples in diplomacies.
