great work, thank you for that

now successively have to be added:
Chris, rento, Krzychu, Seahwaks, ps, sze, falker and maybe a few others that i missed.
Would be good to have everybody with at least 2 wins added in the future.

amazing stats for timinator btw

A novel idea: don't let the same guys be teammates each time and make the teams more balanced. What those team statistics scream out is the team tournaments lack balance and competition. How many times has one strong team had little competition? Isn't it usually the case that there are two strong teams? And the winner of that single game wins the tournament? If guys who have won at least two team tournaments are not allowed to team up, wouldn't the resulting statistics be more meaningful?

These team tournaments are no better than old #Elite! games, and are run by a former #Elite! member. Coincidence? #stat farming#

I think, that if the live stream tournaments are going to get bigger they need to:

A) Promote better, so more "noobs", not just us regulars join this (even though i know you hate 64 + tournies :P). Some type of promotion games, like 1 pro (a legend from the live stream tournies mayhaps) vs 23 noobs would be fun, and you can stick an advertisment in for the upcoming tournaments aswell. A diplomacy tourmanent would be great advertisment aswell, allthough then I think you need multiple days to cover it

B) Do more interesting set ups... i want more 3v3s for example, and there are some good maps , like Battle Island IV and V and Earth Big that are really good 3v3 maps.

That i think should be the seeds that will make the normal tournies get more traction.

no big map 3v3s would take ages and not everyone wants to spend their whole sunday on warlight, 3 hours is enough

Honestly, as far as competition goes, there's plenty of it. HHH and Timinator had a long streak, but during their streak Szew, Gnuffone, Frank, Fridge, Gangnam, Dunga, x, and Myhand all participated. All of the aforementioned players are legends, and are hard competition by all means. Sometimes you get a team that gets in a good rhythm and they rip into the tournaments for awhile. HHH and Timinator both have played with different partners.

As far as alts go, I've never been a big proponent, but so long as no one is trying to increase their odds at winning (IE: Entering 2 teams), then I honestly don't see how it truly helps them. Playing with an alt gives only 1 viewpoint on the game, playing with another player gives 2 viewpoints. We saw the final of this recent tournament have 2 teams of players, despite half the tournament having teams with alts playing.

When it comes to what we should do in the future, I love to do big tournaments with 64 or more players involved, but that is completely dependent on if Fizzer is around to do that advertising for us. I promote WGL through the forums and through word of mouth basically. I have no control over the methods Fizzer has of advertisement.
