All games have a message stating that you have 3 days to join. You can calculate the deadline based on the game creation time(+3 days). It's hard to display the exact deadline because of everyone being in a different time zone.

When you check your MDL profile, you see ending times of previous games. It is easy to guess join deadline from them.

if you aren't joining immediately you probably shouldn't be playing so many games on the ladder?
