Also this law realistically will never pass. It doesn't receive that much of support. Honestly it will have the same fate of its European counterpart that failed to pass the same year, gathering.. no support
The commotion around the internet becoming restricted again is an overreaction
Finally it shouldn't be a priority for all these companies that have funded it.

Bois, this has nothing to do with free market or state ownership. Realistically, internet providers are a unique thing the world's economy is still not fully studied; it's not a natural monopoly such as water and electricity distribution, yet it's not a full-blown optional commodity you can pick up a smaller company and call it solved. It's expensive to set up a new ISP company and the existing market will actively try to harass your success.
This is not a flaw in laissez-faire, nor in state control, it is a flaw in attempting to mix both in the form of a oligopoly. It's not "the right" or "the left" that is attacking net neutrality, it's a bunch of old people trying to make some $hekels. Don't take sides, just sign in the damn thing and ensure they don't win.

This is not an issue of economics, race, Jews, or even any specific website. It is an issue of everyone being attacked by the ISPs, who can charge anyone or give slower service.
Pornhub (oh no a link to a porn site), an a traffic with an in-arguably large audience, stands for #TeamNet, as they will be affected also. Fizzer does not have the money to pay this fee as far as I know.
