@Matma Rex
One more way to do two bonus links pointing to the same territory that possibly can work: if you want, for example, three links to a bonus that gives you +4 armies, you can make three separate bonuses, give them (if possible) the same name, add all the territories you want and make a bonus link for each bonus. Now you have three links, each link has "4" over it and points to those territories; the only problem is, it would give +12 instead of +4, since it's actually different bonuses. So you make one more bonus that consist of all the same territories, don't make a link at all (if it's impossible, just hide link somewhere) and give that bonus a value of -8.
That's a lot of work, but I guess it would work without breaking every time you try to open it again.

That would effectively mean four different bonuses (with different names), one of which would not be visible. I think that would be very confusing...

Okay, sorry for the double post, but I noticed this: you didn't make the bonus link of capitals other then Madrid a star, even though Lisbon has it own bonus. And I found a missing connection: the southernmost territory of La Rioja in Spain doesn't connect to the westernmost territory of Castilla. Nice connections I must say. Were they all made by hand, or did you used Matma's generator?

Thank you Moros for information. It's all made by hand, what is a Matma's generator?

Matma Rex made a connection generator for WarLight maps. It is not perfect yet, and it takes several hours, but then you've got all of the connections of the map already uploaded. It only doesn't work good on multipart-territories, and places that don't touch with a centerpoint, but only with a line. He also made a centerpoint generator, and a tool to automatically make all of your territories have ID's.

Yeah, see http://wiki.warlight.net/index.php/Automating_the_map_creation_process (I've just written this page yesterday).

According to Wikipedia, Kosovo is governed as a separate region according to the Serbian administration. Therefore, I think that Kosovo and Metohija should be a separate bonus and the remaining areas of the Southern Serbia bonus be joined with the Eastern Serbia bonus. See this link

Really nice map, I like it.

I also think Segrain's solution is a good one if you want to show multiple bonuslinks.

If you need help with Dutch/Belgian names, I might be able to help (though Wikipedia is easier)

Just a question about naming. When I look at the Slovenian territories, they have the following names:

  • Upper Carniola
  • Lower Carniola
  • Inner Carniola
  • Slovenian Littoral
  • Styria
  • Prekmurje

That sounds like a weird mix between English and Slovenian. For instance, this site gives a (slightly different) list of regions, with both their English and Slovenian names:

  • Gorenjska (Upper Carniola)
  • Dolenjska (Lower Carniola)
  • Notranjska (Inner Carniola)
  • Primorska (Littoral Region)
  • Štajerska (Styria)
  • Koroška (Carinthia)
  • Prekmurje (Over-Mura Region)

So, I guess I'm suggesting you rename "Prekmurje" to "Over-Mura". Also, looking around the other parts of the map where you already named territories (mostly Italy and the Balkan), I see quite a few names with don't sound very English.
Of course, it's possible English names simply don't exist, but I think it would be good if you would try to go for consistency and use English names whenever possible. However, before I start hunting down English names for territories which currently have a non-English name, I'd like to ask how you feel about it; no sense looking stuff up if you don't want to use it, right? :p

@Ironheart
I guess this is once again problem with bonus links, discussed above.

And BTW. something about capital bonuses - you missed some, like Bucarest, or Belgrade, is it deliberate or you'll add them later?

I transcribed the names from the map on which I drew a country. I didn't know that Prekmurje can translated on English, Over-Mura really sounds strange to me:). I will use English names whenever it's possible if there is translation.

There will be capital bonuses for every country except for dwarf states.

I will ad Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia as last countries, because I'm not sure if there will be space to do that (map limitation is 2 Mb, my map already have 875 Kb). On the other hand, if there is no space even for all European countries i will be forced to delete a mini map (that is about 230 Kb).

I agree it sounds a little awkward, but sometimes that's the prize you pay for correctness / consistency. :(
Of course, my own country has a province called "Overijssel" (because it's on "the other side" of the river IJssel) so I guess that makes me a huge hypocrite. :p

About size limitations, maybe simplify could work a little magic? (I have no idea how experienced you are as a map-maker; if you already knew about this, no offence intended of course!)

any chance you could put in the proper names for the irish provinces?
south- munster
west- connacht
east- leinster
north- ulster

it would just be nice to see irish names in it besides south/ north/ west/ east it is in the normal map.

Please and thank you.

Andd on a related topic, like kosovo northern ireland has its own sitting parliment with control over local goverment. It could be put down as seperate 1 bonus apart from the uk/england bonus and the ireland bonus.

since Scotland might split from UK i think u should make all parts of uk a bonus scotland, england and wales plus northern ireland bonus on it own.

I don't think you should make parts of countries a bonus, other than the normal regions. Scotland might split from the UK? Then why not separate Walloon from Flanders in Belgium, or make all German Bundesländer a bonus of its own. No, every registered country is a bonus, no more, no less! That's my opinion about it.
