All jokes aside, it IS quite funny that these two idiots fight over one mega-bonus, the 3rd player wins, then one of the fools fighting for the mega-bonus (which he noticed and STILL decided to play) whines about it.

I am half tempted to make a good cheat game like this, to show the posters that the cheaters aren't cheating very well, if you could even call it cheating..

this is no more cheating then turning on MA and not saying anything.. you're supposed to check the settings when you join, if you don't see it's MA/bonus changed, and lose because of it, the host didn't cheat.

Not mentioning changed bonuses obviously intended to skew your win rate may in a discussion of semantics not be called cheating, but it's obvious you either don't want to play with this guy or constantly join his games to mess up his plans. There is no way you would want to have a serious game with him. So, yes, blacklisting.

As a sidenote to Perrin, I do find it extremely annoying if people do not mention multi-attack in their description. Some facts should simply be mentioned, as they drastically change gameplay. I would even suggest the game title to no longer be custom, but merely describing the game-changing features that are on/off.

The reason why most people don't check all settings is because games sometimes occupy very fast (especially in 1v1 situations) and reading the settings causes the game to already start. I generally only quickly scan the bonus-changing section, and only read the full settings if it is more than a 6-player FFA.

Any way, with all of that said, I would much prefer people to stop making these topics. It clutters the forum. There should be some masterthread where everyone can make their accusations, though even that I don't fully support.

Joining a game is at own risk. I have joined games wherein I got nasty setting surprises as well, but I got angry with me, not the game creator...

How can you not have the link? If you played a game with someone all you need do is go to their profile and look at games played together. Quite simple really. Practice games and VTE games show up as well.

So unless it was a map test game you will have the link.
