we are still at 26.

I don't know what teams are expected now. Maybe 28 teams only is a possibility, lets see if people can pull out more teams in the tournament chat and in the forum threads.

Just have empty rounds. Either randomly or by skill, have a few teams start at the round of 16, instead of 32.

You could also have something like a wildcard battle. If you get 28 teams, you can for instance let losing teams fight for a wildcard that'll let them back in for the third round as the 8th seed. Just an idea.

since there is group stages it can be easily done with 7 groups.
The 2 best 3rd places also advance to the single elimination.

The Groups will be selected probably in 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Dunga, i think we can make a second team for France. But need to be sure that the vacations will be honored in August too. In France August like July is a vacation month.

And also can you tell me please the game we will play. So a 7v7 on EU borders (in tournament or RR?) will have 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 too ?
