Of course no problem - we need testers first! As soon as people respond I can set it up. If you can invite me to a game then I can talk to you there about the settings you would like to test.

Can you do a hatch on the territories (NEB and such that are out of bounds)? Might look cool and make them obviously not in play.

During the Civil war, the Union had a naval blockade in place (based out of Hampton Roads Area (present day Norfolk/tip of Maryland). As such, I think there should be a connection from Maryland to your outer water passage.

The main port for the South was New Orleans, so maybe the West end should connect to Louisiana?

So happy to have people willing to test, its a pretty fun map (at least as far as playing against the AI goes). Its not perfect yet and I want to make the changes Chris suggested and I think it will be good to go.

Apparently my knowledge of MP is worse then I thought. It seems only I can host the testing games, so I will be sending an invite to all of those that posted their interest in testing. Please dont take it as spam or anything. Thanks for all your help in getting this map built!!

First round of testing is done. Some reconfigurations of the bounses has been made and also changed the Distributions to Warlord and Warlord Cities. Next round of testing coming soon! Again those that have expressed intrest in helping me test will get a game invite, thanks again for all your help and suggestions!
