Asking to VTE is normal when boot happens. If you say no, I don't really see why you would give him 2 turns and not win right away.
By saying no, you are pretty much telling him to do his best to win. Sounds like you guys just didn't get along, and this really says nothing about anything else.

Also, since you didn't give a game link, the benefit of the doubt goes with the accused.

Don't worry about people on here. There are alot of dolts. Ignore them, move on, and if you can't do that, then blacklist them. Unless they are inarguably breaking the rules, there's little sense in reporting them either. For the most part, move on.

In a game like this, every turn spent expanding counts. Kevin and your teammate were fighting for the first bit, and you got Hispania not long after he was booted. Kevin had no chance and you should've VTE.

No, this was a fair game. you join with the risk of teammates being booted, and Kevin should have known that. It was not unfair.

He should not have block-listed you!
