I assume you're not talking about Trademark Rights, because no one would mistakenly think that the same maker of "Risk" makes "Warlight."

I assume you're not talking about Patent Rights, because even if Risk ever did receive a Patent, it would long be in the public domain.

Finally, I assume you're not talking about copyright rights as I don't see any of the original creative elements of "Risk" in Warlight.

So please do let us know why Hasbro should be so upset.
