I know zero people from Swirve or Ohms, I would suspect Apollo is making his predictions based on similar criteria.

...everyone else. It will be a really good battle for the rest of B. I looked at most of the tournaments for B and it should be a close battle for the most part I think.

I agree with Apollos list except I believe the Turtles will beat sNinja.
