Any "neutral" country that did not pick a side, and better yet traded to BOTH sides shouldn't be considered on the map. Not to mention, the point of your statement about Italy sending to Ethiopia was completely torn together by the "billions" you claim they sent. I would think Ethiopia played somewhat of a role, but I feel that it was the climate that killed the Italians, just as the climate killed the Germans in Russia. I can't replicate climate on a strat game.

Hellbender, portugal's role was minuscule, and anyway i think they were fascist, as Spain and Portugal as usually similar in everything, and because of Franco Spain was definitely pro - Facist :D

Germany easily had the strongest and highest quality of troops by far. Russia would be the lowest. The allies really did not have troops of great quality and niether did japan but that was really leadership and technology. Italian troops im not too familiar with but I might place them with americans. romanians were small in number. theres so much to discuss
