Well, I would make the guess that an Eurocent would be a single European Cent. Thus, I would say that it would be .01 of a Euro like a penny would be a cent of a dollar.

Good question szew... instead of taking the 5 seconds it would require to google it, they instead spend longer posting the question in the forum and then have to return to check responses. So not only do they waste more time on the issue but they also manage to come off looking quite foolish.
