Hi guys.
I would like to launch a small forum tournament with a default template, where you can sign up as two man teams. You are free to request others within the thread to join a challenge. Afterwards report your game results and I will count the wins and losses. Further feel free to suggest new templates. You are of cause not forced to join a game with a template you dislike. At least I set the following rule: Every team with a better or equal score (range of +-3 wins) has to accept a challenge, otherwise they will automatically loose within this thread.

I might know a guy

I have many questions...

1) It says feel free to suggest templates, but what is the criteria? It should be strategic (not quad dual for example). Who decides what is or not? Why not make it fairly main stream ones rather than obscure ones?

2) Is it like a king of the hill type? Winner stays on hill, maybe gets to choose template?

3) When does it end (first one to X wins? N days, like a season?)

4) When can challenges be issued (how long must the losers wait to challenge the same team, or another team)?

5) do you only challenge the top team (king of the hill style) or any team? What is the limit?

Octavianus and I will play, and our first act is to challenge you, Ranek the biggest stink of hamburg, to a 2v2up!

1) there are no criterias, because you are not forced to accept a challenge, if you dont like the template. Multiple selectable templates just cause more variety and less strict prerequisites.
2) No, it is more supposed to be a casual tournament, where you can demonstrate your skills and build up a high score. In the end, the scores will help to pick an appropriate opponent.
3) First I wanna get it started and maybe it will end when enthusiasm decreases to zero, but if you want to, we can set a win score limit (maybe 30, dont know, make a proposal)

This is more or less the opportunity for some decent 2v2 games.
