I myself have zero problems with the 40P colours. I can easily tell them apart with one exception (two different light blues) but fixing that with colour swaps and such is easy.

Fizzer probably saw this post already but has yet to answer... Is it even possible to have that many players?

I dunno about the colors not being confusing, I don't recall there ever being an Austria-Slovakia pact.

I am not arguing against it. Frankly I don't care because I would not use it. I was just trying to understand if it is really in demand (because there are many other things I would put WAY above this on my list of things we could use).

Taisho, If you're talking about the map picture, are you poor in vision? The colours look very different.

To some players who have colorblindness (like myself) many of the colors already in use are difficult to distinguish between, adding ten more colors would be very painful to distinguish which is which.

If you're able to show me proof that of the current colours Cyan and Aqua can be easily told apart, i will support this useless cause.

also you should test them against a black background rather than white.

Good point about more player games, but Austria and Slovakia do indeed look the same to me as Taisho said.

Well I only have one grey on the map and Warlight has like 2 I think so you could just imagine Austria is a another grey looking colour lol

I mentioned them because we currently have 40 player games, with those two colours not being able to be told apart. Unless that is changed, I don't see why you're bothering with wanting more player options.

seems to me that games with more than about 8 players almost never finish. They simply take too long, people drop out, run down the clock, etc....
