Some nice pictures in there but I disagree with the holocaust thing and the child abuse.

I would never willingly hurt a child. I might be an arrogant selfish bitch but someone can't say I'm wilfully mean against children. The only reason I merit myself making comments to tease/annoy Naomi is because she specifically made it clear she doesn't want to be seen as a child.

No, that's not the whole point of the film. It's a psychological drama. The main character isn't even the actress, it's the nurse.

At the beginning people question why she stopped speaking but they accept it pretty quickly. Or they give up trying to figure it out. It's worth rewatching.
