Line ups can be changed, you can have replacements, i am sure your team can figure many ways for it.
I dont know what settings will allow vacations, seems to me that at least the 5v5 should not.

Also, i will put here numbers in all nations, so players feel encouraged to make more teams from that region. Not necessary at all to have maximum numbers of teams/nation, the clear example is United States. So, Netherlands, feel free to make more teams.

Seems we are going to have more teams this time.
There is no number limitation of registering teams. And we will have 2 seed groups to spread the favorite teams around along and probably playing most of the byes themselves.

I lead Germany 1 again, not sure if there are enough interested people for a 2nd team.

It turns out we have enough people from Missouri to make a Missouri team, which I will lead. I also will get together a Central US team until one of them steps up to lead it.
