While [wm] = war(light) masters... does it imply that we are automatically forced to be a part of your superoriginal clan?

I claim rights on the usage of "Master". There is a brevet on that word. No one can use it to name a clan, the same as no one can make a site containing "facebook" in it.

Anonymous there is a big difference actually
1) You don't have "Master" spelled out in your name
2)You guys=War Masters we are just general masters not necessarily at war
3) using your example of "Facebook" it would be like we made a page called book and then Facebook sued us for making a site called book.. Just doesn't make sense

Your example is so bad. Because Using the word book in a general context is ok, but if they creat a social network called with somthing containing referrence to faceBook or Book and facebook call their lawyer, they would definetly close. It's not spelled in the tag, sure, otherwise what king of tag would be? But it's clear spelled on WM's and mine profile which could be considered the homepage of the clan....HOPING that fizzer will inster an official one.
