Although most of us paying supporters of Warlight have lost nearly all of our exclusive features, there is one thing that may give us an edge.
Nonmembers have to deal with ads flooding their games. While this may not seem like an advantage to paying members, it really is. Every time an ad shows up, the non-member must take time to a) register that it is an ad, and b) close the ad, all of which takes 3 to 5 seconds of the non-member's time. If the ad does not get in the way of the map, the non-member may choose to leave the ad there. However, more energy will be spent on the non-member's part diverting his or her attention away from the ad.
Also, with more ads running on the computer, the non-member may face serious lag issues, and/or slow loading times, which may interfere with how well the non-member can play.
Of course, using an ad-blocker is an option, but with the point growth being 10 times slower, many non-members choose not to do this.
But this is just an idea. What do you guys think? Do us paying members have an advantage?

In my opinion, ads could distract a non-playing member from the task at hand, and obstruct his game play ability.

Perhaps Fizzer already did. Last I checked, no one knows what is coming with level 41 and beyond.
Everyone here is squawking that members don't have enough benefits without actually knowing what benefits they actually have over non-members. Fools.

i dont mean to offend but it seams like members are only mad because people have the same thing they have nothing was taken from you why do you care if some random dude can do the same thing as you regardless if he payed or not nothing was taken away from you also if you use an ad blocker it takes EXP points away from each game you win i had to disable it

We are mad because most of us (pre-2.0) paid for features that we couldn't have otherwise. We didn't pay to have features that can easily be attained by just playing the game for awhile.

Enough of this whining. IMO members still have more than enough perks to make it worthwhile. Ladders are the big one. Ad-free (with no point docking) is another. I've heard enough.
