Yes, I want to lynch because lynch. You have summed up my position perfectly.

Let me explain again, lynching gives us info. Who voted for who, who defended or put pressure on someone else etc. I said this already and yet you say:
you are trying to make me look bad for what I've proposed, rather than attempt to refute what I've said about not lynching.

Please explain exactly what you mean by 'blind lynch.'

What good info do you get from who voted for who in a blind lynch? A blind lynch is when people vote to lynch for the sake of lynching, as you just admitted you want to do.

Let's say we all go in for a blind lynch, and end up lynching a hero. You're going to suspect those who voted for the hero, even though(without any suspect information to go off of), everybody was just guessing. You said you don't have any suspect information to go off of. I don't either, except for you and ATF at this point, but that was after I voted.

Can you admit that lynching for the sake of lynching means we most likely lose a townie?

If so, can you admit that lynching for the sake of lynching means you can't suspect people based on how they voted, since it was just guessing rather than information-based voting?

Well of course not everyone is guessing, don't be silly. The witches will not be guessing.

Yes of course we are statistically more likely to hit a townie whenever we lynch. Are you suggesting we should only lynch someone if a seer tells us they are a witch?

Where did I say I don't have any suspect information to go off of? Stop misrepping me.

You can always suspect people based on their votes. That is a primary tool for finding witches. You are suggesting we don't vote for anyone unless we are absolutely sure they are a witch. Now THAT is a vote with no information.

Can we find all the witches in time? What if we lose a seer and days have passed with no information? What then?

You are essentially proposing we don't play the game.

If we knew who the witches were, then we wouldn't have this problem. Since we don't, we can't tell which guesses were from the townies, and which were from the witches.

Yes of course we are statistically more likely to hit a townie whenever we lynch. Are you suggesting we should only lynch someone if a seer tells us they are a witch?

Or if someone acts suspiciously. I'm saying we shouldn't just guess, as it will statistically hurt our chances without giving us any useful info.

Where did I say I don't have any suspect information to go off of? Stop misrepping me.

You said you didn't like the cases against the people already with votes on them. You didn't present any suspicions, but instead asked if anybody was up for a complete guess against lurkers.

You can always suspect people based on their votes. That is a primary tool for finding witches. You are suggesting we don't vote for anyone unless we are absolutely sure they are a witch. Now THAT is a vote with no information.

Not when their votes are pure guesses, you can't gain any useful information off those kinds of votes. You can gain information off of votes that present a case for their reasoning, but not votes that are 'uh, vote this guy, because we have to lynch somebody'.

You're the one ignoring the things I've said and misrepresenting my position. Must I keep repeating myself, or will you just click back and read what I've said over the last two pages?

Can we find all the witches in time? What if we lose a seer and days have passed with no information? What then?

With the game mechanic that first to vote can't be killed by the witches, and with at least one hero to protect the other seer, we can get a heck of a lot of information over the next few turns. I just don't see any advantage to approaching the situation then with 1 less villager for no return on that loss.

You are essentially proposing we don't play the game.

Not in the slightest, but you are doing everything you can to ignore what I've actually proposed and instead try and make me look bad.

Especially if I end up being lynched today, I suggest myhand looks at A Talking Fan and the other seer checks out Ace Windu. Probably going to be at least one witch on the winning bandwagon, and ATF's vote without participation or reasoning is scummy to me.

Why I voted Little blue

Myhand - I have trust in him being seer
Arun- that would be a blind kill
Dr.Stupid - Way too influenced by the villagers and voting him would be stupid.
Mr.Fall - he may be suspected a witch but voting him , the witches will try a way not to have him killed , pointless.

Senario ( based on the influence on each player and the roles are only predicted)

Arun -

Best case Senario :
Arun has little influence and yet was voted , the dispute has ended

Worst case senario:
The witches do a blind kill or bet that Arun is a special and vote on him.

conclusion : best case

Dr.Stupid -

best case :
highly influenced by the villager and arugument with some , dispute ends.

Worst case :
The witches think a high - influenced player means that he will guide the village to victory , witches kill him.

Conclusion :Best case

Little blue :

No clues yet to be found

Well, somebody needs to cast a vote one way or another. We're in line for a triple lynch right now and there's no scenario where that is a good idea...

I swear, if we lose 6 townies today/tonight, people are getting blacklisted.

I guess I should have expected the same percentage of 'I'm going to join a game and then ignore it until I'm booted out' would exist in the forums.

oop. busy time of year for me.

I'm still unsure who to vote for...

I think arun is a villager.
If he was a special/witch he would make a big fuss over the votes against him.
I may be wrong. Perhaps just playing a more clever game than I've noticed in past lives :)

Doc. Stup.
also think is a villager, but he's a wily one. Could be changing tactics to throw us off. His behaviour so far has seemed a little unusual to me. could very well be wrong here too.

myhand
Vote her could never have been to our benefit. Can't risk a possible seer

lawlz
predictably unpredictable. Never know what to expect here. in either camp he has voted nonsensically and not so seldom do they bode badly for the ville. no idea here

littleblue - new blurd. still getting bearings here, but seems a nice ville-thinking villayjur.

stuck stuck. ideas to ease my turmoil would be welcomed.

so, correct me if I'm wrong, but we're rolling a 50/50 on whether all three of us die or if none of us die, right?

The suspense is killing me!!!
