To be clear, what JK means is that if you activate a reward such as "Alloy sell values increased by 10% for two weeks" from a season, say season 26, on Feb 10 (thus expiring on Feb 24) and then activate the same reward from season 27 on Feb 14, you will neither get 20% increase for 2 weeks, nor 10% increase for 4 weeks, but simply 10% increase started on Feb 14, expiring Feb 28.

And there's also nowhere to check when you activated a reward, nor when it expires. But if you buy Statistics Advancement, you can check the Modifiers list to see whether it is still active or not.
