Personally, just ignore us. After_Dark and GRID in particular are good clans, and populated by good people. And please don't look at us if you don't like us.

Really Colonel? Your clan does this too. Don't act like Royal Falcons doesn't try to get as many players as possible.

We do try to get as many players as possible, as does everyone else. They just have to fit a certain criteria. It takes time and methodical scrutiny.

And this is why I manage PR.

I believe given players a chance alot of clans want high level players, experienced players why not take the less experienced and newer players to teach them and help them become great? I bet that none of you guys that are great players started great, you learnt over time and this is what clans should focus on, I'm sure there's many elite clans that do exactly that. Training and having paitience with newer players, get to know your members instead of huge spam inviting.I myself have a lot to learn.. We don't focus 1v1 ladder or 2v2 and that is something as a clan we will work to improve on. I rarely post on forum because i see that a lot of players use it to say this clans is doing this wrong or this clan is spamming, we should focus on our own clan and not others.. Encourage not and be positive not negative all the time..

i was taught to play better by some of the best players i've seen
but its not like they will teach you just because you're weak or they felt like it,you have to ask them

Maybe Ryiro won't mention names, but I will.

The tyrant Darklordio just spam invites everyone to the Dark Lordz. So technically we are the number 2 clan in all of WarLight, but out of 200 Lordz, maybe 5 are active in the clan. Then he inexplicably boots high level, active players just because they question his leadership abilities. Even now, I have been waiting for a response on a clan-related inquiry for two days. And he refuses to allow anyone else to take up a leadership role that might help the clan grow.

Colonel, Thomas, I know we had our differences when I was a Falcon, but you guys at least know how to get people involved. All you other clan leaders should take notes if you really want your clan to prosper. I predict that in a month, the Royal Falcons will be a top 10 clan.
