yep true Juq, Constantinople in English, as all the (big) cities you added in your map are in English (Athens, Moscow etc etc)

and we know Ottoman didnt use a written law.who used Konstaniniye? Kostananiye' mean Konstantin's City. Who is konstantin in Ottoman Sultans.maybe Eutopeans did not accept İstanbul and kept use konstantininiye. Who used Konstantin as offical name . English ? Germans? Or Turkish? 1.Konstantinopol was the name of Istanbul till 1921, Panda is right 100%.

2.Tyrcae is right as well, Turks, even their Sultans never knew writing those ages, and that's why they didn't change the city's official name.lol

3.I think you should use English name for everything, otherwise you';; maybe get 1 or 2 city names right, but you'll have 1000s of other mistakes.

I think you should put the names in modern Lithuania, Belarus and Ukraine in Polish, because this was the official language there and these were parts of Poland (Russia stole them, >_<).
I don't see a reason to put like Ukrainian names...
