I've never got what "trans" means. It's the last of the letters in LGBT but what does it actually mean???

Transexual, I was born a male technically speaking, but I've always felt and acted as a girl. So I'm going through hormone replacement surgery, Feminine facial surgery, adam shaving (although my adam's apple isn't that big), voice training, and Sex reassignment surgery.

It's more than actions, it's how you feel. Most of us have something called dysphoria, which is similar to self loathing. To dumb it down for you, it's like looking at your penis and then bursting into tears because of it and being driven to the point of suicide.

Failing to understand that, Think of it like this:

Euphoria-a feeling or state of intense excitement and happiness

and Dysphoria is the complete opposite

So basically one day you woke up and thought that you wish your penis would turn into a vagina and decided to do something about it?
Or were you actually accidentally born with a penis instead of a vagina?
And are you completely physically a boy but mentally a girl or do you still have boobs or what?
This is all completely interesting and at the same time confusing for me.
