@Forbidden: I don't think the Loli Dojo has more than 1 member at the moment (just shinigami/Loli) so it's not even at the stage where its existence is approved by a vote of the Gunjikomon Council and gets a final stamp of approval from the Shogun.

Basically, the dojo system works this way: 6 people (including one person agreeing to run the dojo as Daimyo) propose a dojo based on some common purpose and get approved by the Gunjikomon and Shogun. So far, since the system is really new, we haven't had any proposed dojos with the required 6 people yet. >_>

This is not complicated at all, but as we are a relatively new clan we need more time to implement the reforms.

Hilarious from you Popo, who implemented the most complicated system I ever see while I was in After_Dark ahahah, and you would always disagree any reforms.suggestions from others to improve it (that's also partly why some of the 60 people who were in this clan left).

Pro-Khagan - Same powers, falls under Khagan still.

Khan - Manages groups of roughly 4-6, representing them.

Lancer - Honored member. Picked to replace Khans.

Rider - Member.

It adjusts to any size. Just give the khans more players to manage, make more khans and appoint Pro-Khagans for different purposes, i.e. i manage on Monday, you manage on tuesday Wednesday, etc.

Pretty simple.
