Someone adapted warlight onto google earth...

What are the options for making a Google Earth app? It shouldn't be too tough to make a Warlight clone on it if it's got a decently-documented interface for developers.

I remember a friend of mine playing some kind of risk on google maps (or at least something close to it). Different parts even where more valuable depending on what was in said city or district. I`ve got no clue what the game was called though.

Ingress? At least that is an app that uses google maps very well. It is not like risk, really. Anyway this thread reminds me of that game. And a Warlight ingress would be cool.
