Description

This map is intended for diplomacy games; each state's income is roughly in line with how powerful it was in this historical setting (17th Century Europe). There are a few nerfs and buffs to maintain balanced income. The colonial territory bonuses and city-fortresses should support more engaging gameplay, without being over-powered. The territories themselves have been designed in a minimalist style, and the map as a whole is intended to be visually pleasing and interesting to interact with.
