I had practically already won this game, only not technical and got booted.

Is it fair that a player with no advantage at all get a rematch, but a player that got booted while he had practically won is not getting a rematch?

Nope. You should get a rematch OR no one could get one... if it's (at leat) after pick stage.

Of course, if no one could get a rematch, everyone is equal.

Next season, clear rules will be established and declared before the start of the league. But rules cannot be changed during the season (it should not be).

Apex retains their lead and Darkpie keeps getting booted :( Not much to say other than thoughtful wishes that Darkpie is okay.

it's sad that lynx got so many boots atm. Are there replacement games coming up or what? was wondering about this issue. They might have to back to group B because of those boots which shouldnt happen ofcourse

I'm not entirely sure what will happen. We may end up having to play replacement games for all of Darkpie's games that he was booted at pickstage with a different player. That would be a mess..

This is really unlike Darkpie to go super inactive without telling anyone first. We are hoping that he is okay, and it was just something like his computer going down.

As for makeup games, we were in a good position to fight for third before he started getting booted, and had a comfortable lead on 5th and 6th. Now we are in 6th, with a very strong chance of relegation if Darkpie doesn't return very soon. So basically, we are screwed because of one player suddenly going inactive. That said, when a clan puts a player in 4 tournaments, they should know that if this player goes inactive, they will be screwed. Therefore, I understand if makeup games were not allowed. I would push for make up games because it'd look bad for the league if a clan who was clearly the third or fourth best team this season ends up relegated. This would weaken Group A next season, and likely make Group B a Lynx playground (or at least I hope it would).


No matter what the committee decides on this, I would like to point out that I believe the clan league needs a change in the scoring system. Currently, the system is set up where one player can account for 45% of his clan's score. What I mean is a player playing both 3v3 tournaments, and 2 of the 2v2 tournaments makes a huge difference. If this player chooses to puppet his teammates (or even just with lots of discussion), and he is better than anyone else in Group A on these templates, his clan will have a big advantage. You can literally win the clan league right now with 3 top players, and the rest of the players can just be puppeted. I'd like to see some kind of change in the format where no player can account for over 25% of a clan's points. I'm not sure how exactly this should be set up, but I really think a change is needed to make it more about overall clan skill rather than what a few players in the clan can do. This isn't directed at any clans or anything; I just think it is something that should at least be discussed for the future. At one point, this may have been tougher to implement since clans had less members, but nearly all clans currently playing the clan league could fill some extra spots if they were added I think.

Well, games can be made if he got booted in picking stage. I have no problem with replacing him in those games (like Latnox was replaced). But the panel has not discussed such a rule so I cannot say %100 on that being allowed.

J/K. It will probably be a thread on the clan forum announcing the changes. That will reach the largest audience probably as clan leaders change, or don't really exist in some clans at all (or are a few people).

if i understand right lynx focusing in one player to have good result ??? what a shame and hope darpie is good but dont think you have the right to call for a rematch after getting booted i did got booted in 3 games and did not ask for rematch or this clan league would ever end and finally hope darpie is alright

WG had Gnullbegg go inactive on us one season. Someone else another season. This season Ineffable went inactive, but luckily no RRs had started yet and we replaced him.

It happens, and sucks.

Apex dropped 3 2v2s, and GG won a couple team games so GG has the lead for now. French have a good grasp on rank 3 and Blitz/WG/Lynx fight for the right to stay in A.

AHoL can no longer contest top 2. They have less max points than both Apex and GG have points, so they're almost officially out of the podium contention range.

Any update on that? It's going slow on the 3vs3 but still faster than on earlier seasons i guess. 3vs3 europe WR! GOGOGOGO

Well, I know there have not been any developments in any games I am in (since they are all Europe), however, I expect some surrenders soon against us. We need the points badly.

I'd love to see WG get 3rd, just to see them get a podium spot 4 (maybe more than 4? Don't know before #3) leagues in a row. It'd also be a great comeback. Love you too FC, but don't ruin their streak :D

Yeah, we were 6th in CL2, 4th in CL3, 1st in CL4, 2nd in CL5, 3rd in CL6.

Only apex has made the podium more times I think, as they were founded way before us and were podium in CL2 and CL3 when we were not. WM would have been as well, but not the last two so they should be tied with us

The way I see this progressing, is a #1 spot struggle between Apex and GG, a podium spot struggle between French and WG, an avoiding-relegation struggle between Blitz and Lynx, and a find-more-alcohol struggle for Ahol and... Ahol. Confused about Blitz though. Even if they stay above Lynx, I doubt they'd last next season. It looks like a lot of their players jumped ship for some reason beyond me.

As it is for WG to get 3rd, FC would need to win no more than 2 games out of 10, and WG would need to win 13 games out of 13 (or i guess 1/10 and 12/13, 0/10 and 11/13). On the other hand, if we win 10 out of 10, we have a good shot at 1st place :)
