Since yesterday warlight stopped working.

I can log on to the website, access the dashboard, but when I want to create a new game or to join an existing one, I get the classic loading screen and then nothing happens. The screen where the map is supposed to be is just blank. Snapshot below:

The game just doesn't load.

My OS is Debian, my browser is Iceweasel and I have the latest flash version running. I tried uninstalling&reinstalling flash. I tried playing from a different browser. None of that works. All other websites which require flash work perfectly.

Edit: I also tried clearing browser cache/cookies. That doesn't work either

I'm out of ideas at this point. Suggestions ?

Log out/log in.
Try from another device.
Sure any of these 2 will work.

Logging in/out doesn't solve the issue.

I have only one device at home from which I play regularly.

Well I have no other ideas :( GL at solving the problem,maybe you can mail Fizzer?

Same here, also on Debian-based systems. Firefox in my case.

I was having issues yesterday, or the other day, but things fixed themselves...

I might have restarted the computer, or just waited until my internet/computer decided to behave... but it wasn't an issue that lasted hours...

did you get any kind of updates between logins that might help to explain things?

None that I am aware of. Out of the blue it just didn't work. Still not working.

Me and one of my friend have the same problem.
We are both on Ubuntu + Firefox.
I think this issue is related to firefox beeing stuck to flash 11 (NPAPI) on linux.

So using chrome(chromium) is a temporary fix

Question: how do you post here when you're level 1?

on Safari i have the same problem.

have to use Chrome if i want load games.

Same. Have safari. Updated flash to try and troubleshoot. Nothing has worked.

Same problem. Xubuntu, Firefox, latest flash. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

i think flash messed up because other flash games aren't working :(

That doesn't make much sense... Flash doesn't get updated anymore for Linux, does it?

Did firefox have an update that broke it?

flash still has updates ^ but most browsers have the the flash update downloaded for you.

and it's not just firefox as i'm on safari.

Same problem here. For the near future I won't have access to another platform. Youtube still works for me, but I haven't tried other flash games.

Technically, we can't yet blame this particular problem on flash, it's proprietary/closed nature, and the lack of support for it on Linux. But flash is a good guess.

I support any initiative the developers have to move to a non-flash solution.

Thanks for the link. I'm still have the "Black screen" problem after clearing the cache (and another reboot). Surprisingly, I pass the adobe test at http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html. Also, I can see the cloudfront image at http://cdn.warlight.net/Images/WelcomeBackground.jpg.
