I don't have time to test, but I suggest spliting up the country bonuses (West Honduras, East Honduras..)

Also, I suggest making a key for the value of a bonus, Territories - 2 for bonus values.

Again, to make the map less linear, I'd add in the Caribbean islands.

is it your first map? there are some basic issues. btw the map is so small, I guess a discussion here would do the job as well and a test game isnt really necessary.
