I don't think that will actually be the 10,000,000th game. I remember reading something about the 9,000,000th game, saying that it was actually the 8,000,001st game, or something? idk. But this isn't going to be the 10 millionth game.

The lowest ID for any game is #1,000,000. Therefore, assuming all IDs are taken, the game with the ID of 11,000,000 will be the ten millionth game.
